Specialised Sport Programs are optimised to deliver results efficiently but also safely.
We are not the skills sessions such as boxing technique, handball kicking practice, rowing technique or sprint mechanics, but the support for the skills session.
Periodised programs that will run from 4weks to 12 months and include rest periods, heavy work periods and have a set finish date. Perfect for pre/post/off or in season training.

This also means less injuries from training and a reduction of “on-field” injuries.
