Ash Forster
Director / Personal Trainer

Ash is a movement and human performance specialist based in Western Australia. Ash holds a double degree in Sports Science and Nutrition from Edith Cowan University, is an accredited Exercise Scientist through ESSA and a certified instructor of Animal Flow, which combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines. Other Specialties include strength and conditioning programming, improving sport performance, weight loss and nutrition through habit formation, GCEE certified calisthenics knowledge and over a decade of bodyweight training experience. Ash is also a certified Animal Flow Instructor, which combines quadrupedal and ground-based movements with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines. With an extensive martial arts background in Kickboxing, Boxing and Brazilian JiuJitsu and hopes to use his experience and unconventional style to help you achieve your goals. Dedicating his time to self-development and personal training, Ash seeks to improve the lives of others, teaching physical autonomy, effective strength and conditioning training and cultivating a healthy lifestyle. Ash is driven by the desire to find new training methods that challenge the mind and body and seeing sustainable change in clientele/ This all-encompassing approach leads to better results through habit formation and workout enjoyment. Ultimately leading you to find the best version of yourself, physically and mentally.
